| “iD was extremely helpful while visiting my doctor’s office. I couldn’t remember my insurance information so I asked the receptionist to plug in my iD drive. I was able to offer not only my insurance info after that, but all of my current medications that were listed on my drive as well. Thank you!”

| “I’m glad someone took the time and interest to develop this product. I was familiar with the various paper ID systems, yet I always felt they lacked the instant interactive-readiness benefits that this device offers. I found the information start-up process to be very easy and not at all restrictive in its format. I’m seriously considering wrapping one of these for each of my relatives for Christmas. They can slip it onto their keyrings and not have to worry about not having their purses or wallets with them — I want my nieces and nephews to be protected — I want their Moms and Dads to be protected.”

“Saw this in the Remedy magazine on Monday, ordered on Monday, received on Friday!!! Awesome service right from the start. My husband has COPD, arterial disease, and several others. He is on about 15 meds a day and when he goes to the doctors, he has to take a list of meds. I have listed all his meds, surgeries, doctors, emergency names and numbers on it. He has a doctor’s appointment on Monday, can’t wait to go in and give this to the nurse and see what she says. I will be your number 1 promoter of this item!! How ’bout commission?? Thank you very much for coming up with this idea, I think it will save many lives. I know my husband will be in better shape if something happens to him now that he has the iD Me! I will be putting a copy of his Living Will on it in a few days and a picture of him. Thanks again, I just can’t say it enough. Keep up the good work and if something else new comes out I hope I am on your mailing list!”

| “Now that I have these, I don’t know how I got along without them. I used to drag a large envelope with me because my husband has Dementia and has had several strokes so I need the Power of Attorney with me. Thank you so much for being there for me!”

“I purchased three ID devices three years ago after my mother passed away, and I became the power of attorney for my father. I was able to load contact information for my father and daughter in case of emergency, so that medical information would be readily available when needed. Fortunately, there hasn’t been a need to use the devices. Recently I discharged a patient whose son is the primary caregiver for both of his parents. He was having some mild difficulty keeping all of the medical information consistent for his parents. I gave him the information for the ID devices and he stated he would be purchasing one for each parent to keep updated information. Thanks for the device – the more people use them, the easier my job will be as a healthcare provider.”

| “My dad was being admitted to Hospice during the final months of his life. As we sat around his kitchen table, the hospice director asked for a copy of his advanced directive (living will) for their file. He knew he had a copy in the bank, we had one at our house and various other places, but couldn’t remember if he had a copy at his home. He was too sick to think clearly to direct me where to begin looking when I suddenly remembered his iD. A few years ago I loaded his living will on both his iD and Mom’s iD and then promptly forgot about it…until now. I asked if he still had it on his chain around his neck, and he pulled it out from under his shirt. Dad had been wearing it all day long for several years so it looked pretty rough. As a farmer, he had subjected it to all kinds of wear and tear, dust and dirt, and daily showers and baths over the years. I wondered if it would work in the computer anymore as I wiped the rust and dust off the end the best I could, and inserted it into the port. Not only did it boot right up, but the entire contents were as good as new. I was able to print off a copy of his advanced directive and Hospice was able to complete their paperwork in one trip to the house! I’m so glad they both have iD’s and that we took the time to update them as needed! Now if Mom ever needs medical assistance while living all alone on the farm, I know that her iD may just be the thing to save her life!”

“While living in Wyoming I saw a report on the local Salt Lake City evening news about your product. I promptly ordered the iD device for my husband and myself. My husband traveled for his job and this was the perfect way to keep all his medical info, prescriptions, doctors and living will available if needed while he was on the road. I ordered 3 more of the iD devices one for my mother in law and the other two for my husband and myself. We have one on each set of our keys. My husband retired and we moved to Texas. Our new family doctor noticed the device at one of my visits and inquired about it. I gave her the web address and hopefully she ordered one. The device is user friendly and I would not leave home without it.”
